Here are a few wooden canoe paddle I’ve made. I’ve experimented with different types of woods as well as different techniques of making them. I’ve made the end handles with various techniques of joinery which some allow more strength & stability as well as unique inlays and constrasts of wood. I’ve tried to be as ergonomic as possible with the shape of the handle and the shaft, making it comfortable to handle when paddling.
